​I am a Boxing Technique Specialist, ACE Certified Personal Trainer, Coach, and Martial Arts Instructor with a Black Belt. With over 20 years of experience in Mixed Martial Arts and 8 years as a certified trainer, I’m passionate about helping individuals achieve peak performance—both mentally and physically.

As a results-driven coach, I blend boxing, martial arts, and traditional strength training to empower athletes in their fitness journeys. My training methods focus on building strength, enhancing athletic skills, and improving mobility through a mix of agility, power plyometrics, and functional exercises.

I specialize in Boxing, Kickboxing, Women’s Self-Defense, Weight Loss, Full Body Transformations, and Athletic Training—tailoring each program to meet the unique needs and goals of my clients.

I’ve been featured on WFAA, CW33, and Univision, and I proudly represent brands like PowerHandz, OXEFIT, Smoothie King, and Oikos, where I promote the power of boxing and fitness to help people lead healthier, more active lives.

Athlete Training
I work with athletes year-round, including during the off-season, to keep them in peak physical condition. Through a combination of agility drills, explosive movements, and coordination exercises, I focus on building the skills that enhance both the mental and physical aspects of performance. My training methods are designed to keep you fight- or game-ready, ensuring you’re always in top shape when it counts.

Boxing Training
Boxing isn’t just a workout—it’s a core element of my clients' success. Whether you’re training for competition, fitness, or self-defense, boxing provides the foundation for developing strength, discipline, and mental toughness.
